As a potential apprentice, our knowledge and experience means that we work with industry bodies to deliver the right courses at the cutting edge of your desired profession.

How do BPP apprenticeships work?

Our programmes are developed in partnership with employers and respected professionals from areas including law, management, accountancy, insurance, banking, nursing, healthcare and more. You will learn for the job by being in the job, while developing the theory to support your workplace activities. We help you by:

  • Offering flexible delivery, blending digital learning with a face-to-face approach, and in some cases peer-to-peer learning, to help minimise disruption in the working environment
  • Providing regular progress reviews from an internal professional support team, as well as a Coach who maintains regular contact to ensure progression
  • 24/7 access to an online Virtual Learning Environment, where you will find helpful information and learning resources
  • Delivering face-to-face workshops that build relationships with your peers from industry
  • Providing regular and constructive work-based learning feedback

What do apprentices studying with BPP and their line managers say

Louis Thursfield

Financial crime Apprentice at Santander

"Working alongside BPP has helped me develop my personal and professional skills. It’s helped me become a more resilient person not to fall at the first hurdle to pick yourself up to keep going when things are difficult or unusual."

Gabriele Scavinskyte

Tax Assistant

"An apprenticeship is an alternative to University, getting experience and study material all in the same place."

Peter Demetrious

Head of Operational Reporting at AIG

"Since taking the career programme offered at AIG, confidence in our apprentices and their knowledge has increased dramatically. The 20% on the job time commitment may seem from a manager or company’s perspective like time lost, however I don’t see it that way."
